Organized by U Sports, U Games is the iconic multi-sports competition in the Labour Movement calendar. The main goals of these games are to promote sportsmanship among the affiliate unions and foster camaraderie among the members.

There is an exciting range of sports in the games lineup, with 12 sporting events in the U Games 10/11 calendar. With greater incentives such as more participation points and attractive prizes, they help to encourage a wider participation pool from the unions.

In the spirit of all-inclusiveness, U Games 10/11 such as Beach Games, 3-on-3 Basketball, Futsal and Run are earmarked to encourage the public to take part and engage in sports for all. For U Games 10/11, this 3rd season will launch with the U Grand Masters Bowling Championship on 19 Sep 2010 at Orchid Bowl@Orchid Country Club. Look out for golf, badminton and sepaktakraw, etc throughout the year!
