1. When will PANIC IN THE PARK run be held?

The event will be held on 4 November 2017, Saturday.

 

2. Where will PANIC IN THE PARK run be held?

It will be in Downtown East – through Pasir Ris Park and Wild Wild Wet

 

3. How do I register for PANIC IN THE PARK?

You can register online here

 

4. Is the NTUC/ nEbO member rate transferable?

No. The NTUC/nEbO member rate is only applicable to members who are participating in the race. The NTUC/nEbO membership card is not transferable.

 

5. Am I able to register for myself and another person?

Due to system restriction, each account can only register for the event once. Hence, the other person would be required to sign up using his/her own account.

 

6. How do I know if my registration and payment is successful?

You will receive a successful registration email upon successful registration and payment.

 

7. What are the modes of payment available?

All registration and payment must be made online. We do not accept in-person registration and payment. The online mode of payment is via ENETS (credit or debit card).

 

8.  May I sign up for PANIC IN THE PARK if I am not a Singaporean?

Yes.

 

9. Am I able to get a refund if I am unable to participate in the run after registration?

No, registration is strictly non-refundable.

 

10. What are the distances available for selection?

The 2 distance to choose from are 5KM FRENZY RACE and 1.5KM PUMPKIN DASH.

 

11. What is the minimum age to join PANIC IN THE PARK?

Participants in the 5km Frenzy Race must be minimum of 13 years and participants in the 1.5KM Pumpkin Dash must be a minimum age of 4 years and maximum age of 12 years accompanied with 1 Adult.

 

12. Is PANIC IN THE PARK run timed?

This is not a timed event. We want you to have fun!

 

13. What are the flag off times?

TBA .

 

14. Are pets allowed in the event?

No, pets are not allowed.

 

15. Will I be required to know how to swim?

The PANIC IN THE PARK run for both categories will end off in Shiok River in Wild Wild Wet. The water depth is 1.0m. There will also be floats and life vests available for participants use (subjected to availability). Do note that children should be accompanied by an adult.

 

16. Does my run registration include Wild Wild Wet admission?

Yes, it includes a day admission on the event day – 4 November 2017! You may enjoy the rides during normal Wild Wild Wet operation hours on this day.

 

17. Will there be baggage deposit available?

There will be no baggage deposit. However, participants can rent the lockers available in Wild Wild Wet to secure their personal belongings.

 

18. Race Entry Pack Collection.

20. Am I able to change shirt size if it does not fit?

No exchange is allowed after registration. Please ensure that you have selected the correct size during the registration process.
