Terms & Conditions for U Cycling Team members:

 

- Perks & Benefit are only for NTUC Members.

- Cyclist are to attained the number of attendance stated during the claim of perks & benefit.

- Sponsorship of cycling events will be by reimbursement method or registered by U Sports Management.

- For reimbursement, member’s result is to be submitted after the event.

- For no show event on participated event, cyclist will not be able to reimburse.

- Perks & Benefit will be accumulated on a 6 month cycle. (e.g. January – June, Perks & Benefit to be given out on July)

- U Sports reserve the right for any further amendments to the perks & benefits.

Job Scope of Lead Cyclist:

- To Lead the cyclist through the training session every week or bi weekly.

- Taking Care of the attendance.

- Taking care of the team and their own safety during training.

- Brief the team before training.

- Submit training route/plan for the team.

 

 

Terms & Conditions for U Cycling Lead Cyclists:

- Perks & Benefit are only for NTUC Members

- Lead Cyclist will only be appointed by U Sports Personnel

- Sponsorship of cycling events will be by reimbursement method or registered by U Sports Management.

- For reimbursement, member’s result is to be submitted after the event.

- For no show event on participated event, cyclist will not be able to reimburse.

- Perks & Benefit will be accumulated on a 6 month cycle. (e.g. January – June, Perks & Benefit to be given out on July)

*Note/Disclaimer:
- For NTUC Members only.
- Attendance will be taken.
- Riders will have to bring their own roadbike, helmet and hydration. (front & back lights to be present at all time)
- U Sports will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items.
- The minimum age to join U Cycling Team will be 12 Years Old.
- For new members that are 16 years old and younger, parents/guardian are required to be around for the ride.
- Do note that the ride will start at 6:40am sharp.
*(U Sports will not be able to wait for cyclist that will be coming in late.)

 

 

Waiver & Indemnity
All riders must understand and agree that you ride at your own risk and are responsible for your
own safety and you do not hold the organization (U Sports) responsible for any accidents, injuries
and death that may arise from the rides, nor hold the organization (U Sports) financially liable in
any such unfortunate event.

By participating in our training session, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed with
the above. (you will be required to fill up a waiver and indemnity form on the first training session)

We have created a new Facebook account for the different interest group that U Sports have.

U Sports will be creating events and it will allow members of the same interest group to interact with each other before training session.
