1. Who can register?
U Sports member registration is for everyone – Union members and non-members alike.

 

2. As an NTUC member, do I automatically become a U Sports member?
No, you will still need to register with U Sports online at www.usports.sg

 

3. I have a Link Point card, does that makes me an NTUC member?
Our “NTUC Member” here refers to members who pay a monthly subscription of $9 to join our membership.

 

4. How do I register?
Simply click on New user ‘registration’, found at the top right hand corner of the website.

 

5. I have registered as an online member, but I have yet to receive any email on my Login ID and password.
A confirmation email will be send to you within 3 working days. Do also check your spam or junk mail. Alternatively, you may contact us at 6582 3459 or email us at info@usports.com.sg to notify us of the error.

 

6. I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?
Simply click on ‘Forget Password’, found on the top right hand corner of the website. Indicate your NRIC to reset your password, and a new password will be sent to your registered email address.

 

7. Do I have to pay to be a U Sports member?
No, there are no membership fees to be a U Sports member. Signing up as a U Sports Member allows you to register for our events easily online and receive the latest updates on our upcoming events and promotions from us.

 

8. How to be an NTUC member?
You just have to go to www.ntuc.org.sg, mouse over the “My U Portal” dropdown located on the top right hand corner of the site, and click ‘Sign Up’ located below the login.

 

9. How to be a nEbO member?
Simply go to www.nebo.sg to sign up as a new member or head down to nEbOmation @ E!Hub for on-site application.

1. How do I register for the events by U Sports online?
For a start, you have to sign up as a U Sports member online simply by clicking on the top right hand corner of the page. You will receive your Login ID & Password via your email. With the Login ID and Password, login to the website at the top right hand corner. You can then sign up for the events by U Sports.

 

2. Can I use my mother’s NTUC card to register for events?
Registration is tag to individual online member registration. As such, all member’s rate online can only be enjoyed by the NTUC Member who sign up for themselves. Any violation of this found will be subjected to legal actions taken by the organisers.

 

3. How do I use the U Sports vouchers?
You can use the U Sports vouchers to make payment for our events/activities where registration fee has to be of minimum $10. The vouchers can be redeemed when you register for our events online. Simply key in the voucher number in the field provided on the online registration page.

 

4. What if I did not receive a confirmation email after I registered for an event?

5. What are the modes of payment if I register for events online?
You may pay by any Masters or Visa.

 

6. Where can I get updates on U Sports events?
By registering yourself as a U Sports member, it also signs you up for our mailing list to receive monthly e-newsletter with updates of our sporting events and activities. You can also follow our events on Facebook simply by clicking “Like” on our U Sports page at www.facebook.com/usports now!
