My Fitness Pal is more of a food and nutrition app that helps keep your food intake in check.


Based on your BMI and the goal you’d like the achieve, the app will advise you on the amount of calories to take in per day and how much exercise you should be doing to achieve your goal. In order to accurately track the amount of calories you take in, you’ll be asked to input the food you take in for each meal, don’t worry about the app not knowing what is the Chee Cheong Fun you had for breakfast, they have everything in the app.
