Posted date: 18-Jun-2020

Working out at home can be pretty stressful for some of us without enough knowledge on workout routines so we compiled a list of HIIT Youtube videos you can easy follow!

#1 POPSUGAR FITNESS

Here’s a 30-minute HIIT Cardio Workout that’s fun and easy to follow. This video features 3 fitness instructors, with one of them doing the low impact modification of all the workouts so that if you’re just starting out, or would like to take a break from high intensity exercises, you can easy follow along and do the lower intensity workouts.

On top of that, the video also includes a warm-up session at the start so that you’re not jumping straight into high intensity exercises.

If you’d like to challenge yourself, they occasionally speed up or increase the difficulty of their workouts too.

#2. BLOGILATES

Cassey, the person behind this channel calls this PIIT, short for Pilates Intense Interval Training, which combines the fat burning intensity of HIIT and the muscle toning power of pilates. So, if you’re looking to also build lean muscles, follow along!

Cassey also encourages you throughout the video such that you won’t feel like you’re doing the workouts all on your own.

#3. PAMELA REIF

If 30 minutes is too much for you, check out this 15-minute HIIT workout video. Pamela shows you clearly how each move is done by working out in front of a mirror so that you can see how a move is being performed in totality.

She only offers you one very short break in between though, so you will have to pause the video along the way if you get tired.

Pamela also lists the songs that she used in the video so that you can add them into your own workout playlist.

#4. FRASER WILSON

Here’s another 15-minutes HIIT workout video for the guys, although the previous 3 are also suitable for men.

Fraser includes plenty of rest and stretching intervals in this workout routine so that one can easily follow and complete the workouts together. These workouts have a higher difficulty level and are also different from what others usually do, which can be interesting if you’re one who likes novelty.

#5. STEVE COOK

Here’s another one for the guys out there that includes the use of dumbbells so that you can work on building lean muscle mass.

This 14-minute video begins with some simple exercises that are easy to follow to warm you up slowly before you start picking up the dumbbells. If you don’t have any dumbbells, simply follow along with filled water bottles, or just follow along without any.
