U Games is the ultimate sporting competition that brings together the unions, corporate companies, youth and public through a series of 10 exciting sports events – Beach Games (includes Dodgeball, Netball, Touch Football, Ultimate Frisbee & Volleyball), Swim, Run, Bowling, Golf, 9-Ball Pool, Basketball, Football (5-A-Side), Badminton and Sepaktakraw.
